The Chamber presented a Milestone Award to Santa Energy Corporation in recognition of their 75th Anniversary. Founded in 1940, Santa Energy is a comprehensive energy solutions company providing a full range of energy products including heating oil and propane to Connecticut homes, as well as heating and motor fuels, natural gas, propane and electricity to businesses and institutions throughout New England. Santa offers the benefits of a large energy supplier with the personalized service only a family business can provide. Santa Energy Corporation is comprised of three separate companies, each serving a unique market: Santa Fuel, Incorporated is a leading home heating company serving Fairfield and New Haven counties. Santa Fuel is a full service provider offering home heating and cooling systems, along with generator sales and service. In addition, Santa is a certified home energy solutions contractor, which ensures that homeowners receive a high quality, cost effective home energy assessment. Santa Buckley Energy, Inc. is a preferred commercial energy supplier serving all of New England. This company provides a complete range of petroleum products and other energy services to commercial, industrial, municipal and institutional customers. Santa Buckley works with their clients to provide an effective cost management program to help them reduce the impact of market volatility. Third and finally is the company's wholesale affiliate, Inland Fuel Terminals, which owns 24 million gallons of petroleum storage and operates out of five southern New England terminals. These include three deep water facilities, one barge and one inline pipeline terminal. These valuable assets, when combined with the company’s proprietary transportation fleet of over 50 vehicles, allows them to serve their customers without interruption. And if that doesn't make you believe in Santa, nothing will! In recognition of their 75th anniversary, the chamber is pleased to provide a breakfast club salute to Santa Energy Corporation. |
